Phoenix, Ariz., August 1 – Negotiations have been completed between Sentry Enterprises, Inc., and My Life Media Corporation, both headquartered in Phoenix, whereby Sentry Enterprises will function as the business-development arm of the company which also includes MyTekLife Magazine, MyTekLife TV, and Miraculous Media, a new media division targeting the social-media arena.
In that capacity, Jamie Copland, CEO of Sentry Enterprises, stated that his company, which has also taken an equity position in My Life Media Corporation will be responsible for providing professional and management expertise to the operating divisions, and for acquiring advertising clients for the company’s operations.
“Sentry’s signature presence in the Arizona media-market has been well-established through our publishing of TRAVELHOST MAGAZINE, the Valley’s leading in-room travel and visitor’s guide. The publication is placed in more than 25,000 hotel and resort rooms Valley-wide, and is read by over five million readers annually,” according to Copland.
“The activities of MyTekLife Magazine will be separated from those of TRAVELHOST, and will be handled by another division of Sentry, BROADCAST MEDIA OF ARIZONA. We’re delighted to have MyTekLife Magazine, a classy local lifestyle publication, as part of the Sentry family.”
